SJP attributes her fabulous figure to daily personal training sessions and regular yoga classes. "I do like feeling fit and healthy. When you're young, you can run around and not really care about what shape you're in because you wake up every day feeling OK. But now that I'm older, I need to do more for myself," she explained to Good Housekeeping.

"I love to eat. I think about food all the time," Parker confessed to Good Housekeeping. Matthew and I will lie in bed at night, and we'll say to each other, 'Who is going to make the coffee tomorrow? What kind of coffee should we have? The Kenyan or the Jamaican? What are we going to eat? If you get up before me, are you going to make bacon? Will you make the eggs over easy? Will you put cheese in them? Should we have whole wheat toast?' It's very sexy. Then we have breakfast the next morning, and we talk about what we want to eat for lunch. And at lunch, we talk about dinner. Basically, we think and talk about food all the time."

During an appearance on The Doctors, Sarah revealed that she relies on an activity tracker, aiming for 10,000 steps her day. "I walk. I live in the city. I walk a lot," she said. "Right now that's all I have time for but I also live in a house with like four or five flights of stairs and I have a Fitbit."

Sarah's drink-of-choice? "At this point I'd say, oh how crazy is this, almond milk," she revealed on The Doctors. "I love it. I can't figure out if it's like an entire meal, or desert, or thin and refreshing or thick like a milkshake. It's like the gift that keeps on giving. I'm crazy for almond milk."

Sarah, who trains with Anna Kaiser, creator of the dance based workout AKT, reveals that weight training is a big part of their sweat sessions. "I have to think more about things like bone density and lifting weights," she explained on The Doctors.
